Sentosa 4D Magix Deadly Ever After

Last Friday, we went to Sentosa for celebrating Halloween.

I mean, to be scared by those people dressed up like creepy ghosts, with lots of creepy people and creepy ambience, too!  It's damn creepy especially the queue (LOL).

We bought a bundled ticket which comes with 1 way of cable car ride. Angry bird cable car ride to be precise. Nothing much actually, its just a normal cable car which can accommodate up to 6 or 8 people, with the huge angry bird sticker and angry bird's song, and and....there is a huge angry bird soft toy for us to hug (just in case if you scared of height or something, hahaha!) Btw, it's my second cable car ride.

Then we reached Imbiah lookout, Sentosa. Proceed to Sentosa 4D Magix, Deadly Ever After without further due. The admission time is 7pm till 11pm.

Angry Me with Angry Bird
:-D

Isn't she very cute!?
I mean, Me not the Ghost beside me, okie!?
LOL

Cute girl with "cute" ghost!?

The creepy queue was like 2 hours in order to get in the ride, which the ride just took like 15 mins. During queue, there are lots of creepy ghost people and tried to scare us. So we just have to make sure that we've got to SCREAM and SCARED to the heart content otherwise it won't worth a single penny, LOL. *kiasu spirit*

That's for Halloween 2012. Maybe next year we can dress up like those ones!?

Thanks, BioMers!

Hi Thanks, BioMers!

I hope you're reading this post :-D

Still remember my Simpliclear post last month? Yeah, after awhile, I received an email from BioMers and last nite, gotten this small little gift (a thought that counts! ).

L- Type Interdental Brush, which specialise in cleaning braces.

From time to time, I will definitely keep an update about my journey with simpliclear braces. It's been a month right now and I'm proudly can say....So far so good :-D

Ok, let me explain, so far if I don't tell anybody or not laugh too BIG (like I used to be), people won't realize or even recognize that I'm on braces. Even when I speak just right in front of them, straight right to their face. Seriously. It's because of both brackets and wire are white transparent, so people won't really pay attention to it. Ermmm....Even if they paid attention, the most they will just ask, ohh you're on braces...that's all.

Then another example is, I lost 3kg within a month! Muahhaahahaha *snob face*
I'm not too sure is it because I had been sick (cough+flu) or because of this braces....But now I really stick to soft-food diet such as porridge, oats, mash potato as primary meal. Ok la sometime still craving for sushi and ramen....But, I don't really snack a lot right now.

And the latest update is, Next Monday, I will be having 2 molar tooth extraction and check on the braces again. After that, my dentist will bond the brackets for the last 4 molar tooth at the back and here I go, officially have ALL TEETH bonded to BRACKET. And come to my surprise, I am secretly looking forward to it!

Oral B Professional Care

Five years ago, when someone asked me, "Deb, would you care to buy an electric toothbrush to brush your teeth?", I will reply without hesitant, "Hell, no! It's way too expensive for such a oscillating brushes just to brush my teeth only!". " My normal toothbrush is doing its job pretty well." See how stingy I was.

And now, I have to suck up my word. Literally. Coz I have just bought a most expensive (in my opinion ah) electric toothbrush ever! in my whole life! Seriously! Sorry I bought it a month ago, just a few days before my braces on. Why I bought this electric brush?

1. Coz I'm lazy. I have done research in the internet and most of my findings are electric toothbrush cleanse up to 5X than normal toothbrush. Removes 97% plague without a single sweat of hand movement. On the top of that, there is pulsation sensor, meaning the oscillation of brushes will slow down when we pressed too hard OR for the high-tech model, there will be a beep beep sound or light to indicate when we pressed too hard.

2. Coz of my braces. Indeed, it's difficult to brush using a normal toothbrush when my braces on. Using electric toothbrush is much easier as I don't need so much hand movement.

2. Coz I'm buying to Oral B's website advertisement. Refer to Oral B website. There are a lot of real user's testimonies and videos which pretty convincing. Ohh I shouldn't browse to their website in the first place! From its website, there are few models such as Oral B Professional 1000, 3000, 4000, 5000 with SmartGuide but mine is only 500 which normal electric brush one.

 Oral B Professional Care 500
Discounted price $111.10 at Courts

The box contain of 1 brush head, 1 toothbrush, 1 cradle, 1 manual instruction, 1 card warranty
(warranty is 1 year by Oral B manufacturer. Can buy extended 1-2 years warranty from Courts or any other shops, additional charges apply)

Cough finally recovered. Now flu!

Little update from me, as per previous post, I have been dealing with cough for almost a month. Not enough sleep, itchy throat, coughing non-stop, lose weight! Yeah, 4 weeks 4 days (I think). And now, after recovery from cough, now I am having flu!

God, why you give me such a weak body....

When I get sick, normally I always review of what I've done and eaten during few days....It just happened last Saturday, just after I recovered from my cough, I decided to eat McDonald, Samurai Burger....and ordered Minute Maid's orange juice so I at least not feel guilty.

Soon after, in the evening time, I felt my throat was dry so I drink *phi pa kao* mix with hot water....then I took some panadol cold & flu at night time just before sleep....

Early morning, wake up....OMG, I got sore throat and start to sneezing non-stop....late afternoon, I officially gotten flu....:-( Night time worst, coz I have a habit to wash my hair in the evening, so it makes my flu from bad to worst.

So the moral of the story is, don't eat rubbish/ junk food when I have just recovered....

As I am typing this, my head is dizzy and I feel nausea....Mood swings. Hormonal imbalance.

I can't breath well, either it's runny nose or blocked nose. As a result, very dizzy and moody for the whole day. I hate when I'm sick coz I gotta rest at home and not be able to do anything. I hate being so useless!

Okay, time to take medicine and rest now! Bye!

Organic Honey- Alce Nero

I've been addicted to Organic products, especially Honey. I found a good cheap  affordable Organic shop in Landmark Village, just a few steps away from Bugis MRT. The shop assistant (which I believe she is the shop owner as well) is very friendly and well- informative about the products too. Thumbs up to her, coz she is one kind like me, health / beauty- conscious, hehehe :-D

I am a kind of person who strongly believe that "I've got to do something in order to achieve something.", , "no pain no game", "opportunity cost", "there isn't such thing as ugly women, only lazy women who is lazy to take care of themselves" kind of thing. So women, if you want to be prettier and sexier, you have to kick out your laziness and start to invest time, effort, and money for a beauty, for a cripe's sake!

Okay, so for good digestion, she recommends me to this organic drink. Drink it warm early in the morning, empty stomach. Again, good for digestion.

Alce Nero Organic Honey

Lemon $ 0.50- $ 1 each
A normal non- organic lemon will do.

How to make organic lemon honey.

1. Pour warm water into a cup
2. Put 1 spoon of honey, mix it well
3. Put a slice of lemon, squeeze out the juice first.  (It's optional, if you like sour, you can put 2-3 slices. I have a very bad gastric, so I just put 1 slice)
4. Stir well
5. Drink

How easy is that! Its literally take about 5 mins to make and 1 minute to drink up finish! Its good for digestion. The detoxification (thanks to lemon!), and good skin (thanks to honey!).

Not only that, honey is good for throat, too!
