Tattoo after care

Time flies so fast. It has been a month since I got my tattoo.

Okie, if you search how to do *after*care* tattoo. There are millions of websites, which will give you bunch of ideas on how to maintain your tattoo. You can follow them never mind. But personally I think It's still better to follow the after-care's instruction from your personal tattooist. Why...Because they were the one who done your tattoo and literally they held a responsibility of the quality of your tattoo, even after you leave their studio.

So now, here is my update of the after-care tattoo.

After an hour pain of suffering, the tattooist wrap my tattoo with a plastic wrapper. It should be wrapped immediately in order to protect it from dust, bacteria, etc entering my tattoo...remember a fresh tattoo is an open wound and definitely it's very fragile... This is to prevent skin infection as well.

So after 3- 4 hours, the plastic wrapper can be removed and immediately rinse the tattoo with water. Don't direct spray into it as it is still very fragile. A little of bleeding is expected, not to worry it's normal.
So what I did is just letting water flowing to my tattoo gently...

After that, gently pat dry with tissue or soft towel/ cloth. For me, Since I got this *special* gel from Whopper, so I used this gel.  No scent, No taste. It's just a like a watery antiseptic gel.
After application, gotta bun my hair up to let it dry. Go to sleep. I anticipated of little bit bleed of ink or blood, so clever me cover my pillow with small towel. :-D

Special After- Care Gel.

After doing the same thing for 3 days, I switched to this Tattoo Goo. It cost me $20. I don't think you can find it in Singapore but you can check here. The ingredients are designed not only to heal the fresh tattoo, it can restore and preserve the colour of the tattoo.

Tattoo Goo. Bought online.

Personally I really satisfied on how Tattoo Goo done a good job on my tattoo. Thumbs up!
I used twice a day (morning and evening) for the first and second week.
Now I don't use it anymore as I think it's not good to over-moisturised the tattoo...Instead, I switched to Eucerin, which a normal unscented lotion for dry skin. Not obliged to Eucerin, actually any lotion will do as long as it unscented and moisturised the skin.

So this is my way to do after care tattoo. Simple and easy. How about your's?  :-D

Hope Conference 2012

This is the first time I attended Hope Conference. The theme this year is Supernatural. Really quick comes thru my mind when I heard this "supernatural" is....Hello, are we becoming to learn a black magic or something like that!? *sceptical opinion...lol*
The funniest thing is, I come to attend with ZERO expectation....only amazed by how the some*kind*of*multimedia/ advertisement been flashed in church preview+ the regret feeling due to my absent in the last year conference. So here I am!

Enjoy the pics!

Day 1- Name Tag

Day 1- Getting Ready for morning Sermon.
See who's yawning so big :-D

Day 2- Me and Melisa. Getting ready for Sunday Service.

Love the French Braid. Thanks, Mel

Day 2- Before Kairos Night
Pei Jia and Me

Day 2- All Beat Girls..*ahem* Pretty Girls...

Now is the sermons time!

So here we go. Below summary based on my personal notes and understanding. So if you reading this post and you attended the conference yesterday but you have taken different understanding than mine...well...I believe God wants to speak to each individual of us according to His way. Meaning, although the sermon has been spoken in the same word,  same time, and same place. But it will speak to each individual of us differently. In short, we can be unity but not uniformity. Though, you are open to share your understanding, pls drop me a comment below coz I'd love to hear yours, too!

Day 1- Lesson 1- Church in Supernatural. By Ps Jeff.

What I got in this sermon is, the revelation of supernatural is in the past, present, and future.
In the old testament , it revealed thru Israelites. They experienced the wonder of God such as parted Red Sea.
In the new testament which is Jesus Christ. He was born in the virgin womb of Mary and His holy cross resurrection.
And now, God's supernatural still revealed by the worker of God. Thru healing, outreach, and life transformation. Praise the Lord!
Points to be taken: God which we are worshipping right now, its the same God as stated in the bible. As per Hebrew 13: 8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.

Day 1- Lesson 2- Hear God's voices and have intimacy with God. By Ps John Jacks.

What I got from this sermon is, hearing God's voice and understanding what God wants us to do. Not conform but to be transformed by His power. Put trust in Him such as Elijah, David, and Gideon...and all the victorious will be ours.
Points to be taken: We are heaven-ese people. The resident of Heaven. So do not be hindered by earthly things.

You know what..I'm really having a battle with myself, fighting with the sleepiness and tiredness. Especially after a good Sushi lunch...*hoahheemm* After all, we all human, ain't we!? :-D

Day 2- Lesson 1- Sunday service + Sermon by Ps Rick.

Okie, He is someone who likes to go around the bushes :-D  But I still got a clear points of his sermon.
Here we go:

Faith+ Anointing = Supernatural Power.

But....

Supernatural Power of God is not for US ONLY...It's for THE PEOPLE OUT THERE.

again...

PEOPLE OUT THERE

It is confirmed by Matthew 5: 13-14 that we are salt and light. We are here not to be exclusive. but to do the outreach. Reach the people out there.
In facts, many churches are too exclusive and they just keep the blessings, supernatural healing, and miracles for themselves. As a result, church become a sub-culture in the main culture. The worst, church will not grow and become stagnant.

Day 2- Lesson 2- Ps Simon Eng.

There are 2 types of spiritual build.

1. Individual Build. If you have not encounter God's experience. Ask for it!. If you have encountered, Ask for more!
2. Corporate Build. Okie this point I don't really get it. But I think God will equipped all members for doing outreach or something like that. Me busy bombing the toilet at that time hehehe....

Overall, the best part of the conference is the Praise and Worship session and Kairos night session. I really can feel the tangible presence of God and we are really free to sing, shout, dance, and jump to praise and worship Him. The atmosphere, the ambience, the passion of its people...awesome!

Pssttt....I can feel that Jesus is touching my head and pray for me during the Kairos night. :-D
Unspeakable joy feeling burst until my tears flowing apart. But deep inside my heart, I knew that this is the tear of joy. I hope this minister not only happen in conference but also in everyday of my life. Amen.

I close this post by declaring, I love you Jesus. You are real and I really give thanks for your amazing love. Thanks for such a wonderful experience! Amen!

Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's day!

Today is a cloudy day with a little bit of rain. But doesn't matter....today is a Mother's day, for crying out loud! Should you celebrate this day with you mother!? Or if you are living away from your Mother, at least a quick phone call will do. Or if you are busy, maybe, just a little text of saying, " Happy Mother's day, Mum I love you"....It will surely brighten her heart :-D

So this is what Giselle got for me. These were made during Hope Kids Sunday School.

 I love Mommy. Giselle

God the builder.

I swear I'll keep these forever. Very simple and inexpensive gift but it really made my day. The happiest mother in the whole entire world.
There was a celebration at Hope Kids and they are doing a little performance especially for us, Mothers...Too bad the video's quality not so good so I won't share it here.

Happy Mother's day, everyone! Hope you have a blessed celebration!

Samsung Galaxy Note Pink

Nothing is sadder than have to say good bye to my lover, Blackberry.

He has been serving me faithfully thru all these years. Happiness, Joyful, Anger, Sadness, Ups and Downs....He has been there for me. Every single time, safely place on my hand when I'm hanging out, securely on my desk at office hour, and rest quietly underneath my pillow during the night....And most importantly, waking me up with his *cute* alarm every single morning....
Thanks, dear...although Singtel only price you for a hundred bucks. :-(

Here is the last pics of my blackberry. He is a Bold 9700, black colour.

Bye Bye My Blackberry...Bold 9700. No more BBM.

It has been a while since I realized that my blackberry didn't function pretty well. Started with always blackout when I texting (msn/ whatsapp/ sms). Till yesterday, it really getting on my nerves, as the address book didn't function as well. I'm telling to myself that this is the time to buy a new phone!

So last night, I did a quick browsing and found out this Singtel promotion. *wink wink*

Samsung Galaxy Note Pink Promo!

Today, Me and Melisa went to Singtel Shop, at ComCentre to buy a new phone plus re-contract my Singtel plan. Yeay! I've signed up 3G Flexi Lite's plan for 2 years contract, with top up cash of SGD 398, after trade in my old blackberry worth SGD 100 only!

Welcome my pink Galaxy Note...hmmm its a Hot pink...I guess!?

When we were queue up at the cashier, I was wondering if I am entitled for a CozyCot goodie bag as per promo website,...and yes! The staff told me that I'm entitled for it and gave a redemption voucher...of a goodie bag worth $100 from CozyCot.
The redemption is at CozyCot Retail shop, Orchard Central. So after quick lunch we proceed to go there.

Happy Me with a new pink phone and free CozyCot's goodie bag

After do a redemption, we signed up a CCBoard at CozyCot website in order to get a free products which available on the shelf. And both of us chose a hair product, Liese Smooth Hair Cocktail.
Don't ask me what is it for, but we think its the most expensive and *worth it* products among all. The rest like kotex or a big tin of Nivea cream....For What!? I am aiming the Scholl night-stocking but its damn expensive.
Oh... and don't ask me what is CCBoard at CozyCot as well, I am doing my research on this coming weekend ya! Basically we signed up for the sake of free product. LOL.

Happy Mel with the new Liese Smooth Hair Cocktail

Right now, I'm exploring my new phone and hope I can master it very soon. I must be smarter than my smart phone, ain't I?

Magneto by Harmony Gelish

Recently the weather is very HOT! I sweat like hell, even when I just about to walk for 5 mins!
Hot weather = Hot tempered.  Okie, enough for random rant... I feel like very cranky nowadays....*Sigh....

Today's post is about Magneto by Harmony Gelish.

It is a new technology of nail polish, creating a wavy or cuvy patterns of the nail. There are few colours and many *so-called* stencil magnet cap available in the market right now. Do visit nail shop for more details. Lovely!

The application is very easy. Tempted to buy this nail polish and do DIY soon...hehehe...  :-D

So as per normal gelish application, after cut, trim cuticles and stuff like that, apply base coat polish and nail colour polish 1X (first apply) and put the nail into LED light for about a minute. After that apply the nail color one more time (second apply). While its still wet, immediately place the magnet cap directly above the nail for 3-5 seconds. You may place the magnet cap correctly to create correct pattern in your nail. Soon after, seal it dry under LED light for about a minute. Finish it with the top coat and you're done! Easy right! Although its damn easy but I did mine at the nail salon. LOL.

As my toes still short so the magneto patterns not so obvious...So sad...I should wait till it grow longer for better results, then!

Match with my Havaianas :-D
