Day 3- Tokyo DisneySea

Day 3 DisneySea

From Maihama (Keiyo line) to DisneySea, we need to transfer to Disney Resort Line which cost us another Y 250. Additional cost, of course, but lookie the Disney train, it was soooo cute I can even...okay.... now I understood why Japan's holiday so expensive. (At least for me la). All about the cuteness stuff here cost money!

Oh yaaa, another thing that I take note when in Japan, my face didn't feel oily. You know....like my pores refused to produce oil and stuff like that :-D
I think it's because of the weather. It was so cold and dry there. I found myself not to blot my oily face for the whole day *break record, yippie* and at least my make up can so called* tahan* till evening time! Superb! :-D

Okay back to the topic, DisneySea.

Let's the pictures roll out! Again! Not all the pictures are in sequence!

I called this.....
Y 250 Mickey train....

Basically what we did in DisneySea is just, queue up- go for a ride, queue up- go buying snacks, queue up- go for a picture-snapping. And my life's complete! :-D

Breathtaking scene

This Pork Rice Roll was damn yummy
Y 400
It's rice inside, roll it with soft-pork meat, and fried.

Then we decided to buy Disney-hair band
Wear one time then gave to Giselle :-D

So these are compulsory picture with Disney characters. Some of them needs to queue up long (up to 30 mins), some of them we met them on the road.

Queue up quite long to snap this pics.

Looking at these picture, I feel like I'm in Final Fantasy or Kingdom hearts world. Rock and roll RPG games.

Mr Potato so cute!
Unfortunately they speak in Japanese.

Nope....
S.S Columbia...

Temple Crystal Skull

This is inside Sinbad...don't know what adventure.
All in Japanese so...abit abit understand la hah....

So Duffy Bear is a Disney character that can be found in Tokyo Disney Resort.
Errmmm...I'm not sure if Hongkong Disneyland and Florida Disneyland have this thing anot coz in Tokyo Disneyland/sea, it's like an *in* and *cool* thing here. Seriously, lots of people carry this Duffy around. Duffy soft toys, Duffy key chain, Duffy sling bag. The price is ridiculously expensive. I don't even understand hassle and troublesome of buying and bringing this along around theme park.

The story goes, Minnie gave this Duffy Bear as a present to Mickey, for his long sea voyage. Then coz Duffy Bear is a guy and alone, (oohh poor thing loner),  Minnie made another bear called Shellie May to be together gather with Duffy. So you can be friends with Duffy and ShellieMay, too! *Quoted from the price tag* :-D

Nope...I didn't buy the soft toys...too expensive for a thrift traveller like me. So what we did is only pose a picture of it....As I'm typing this I feel so cheapo now.

Y 1500 for ShellieMay bag.
Omiyage for friends and colleagues.

Okay, that's all...tomorrow is MayDay so at least can asanebou abit....

Bye...

Tokyo- Day 2 Disneyland

Okay, day 2 Disneyland!!!

From our hotel to Disneyland was like less than an hour, okay side track abit, the second day we went to Disneysea, break the record we reached the front gate in just 30-35 mins time!

Okay let me tell you how to go there, walking from hotel approx. 7 mins to Kodenmacho station. From Kodenmacho to Hatchobori (Hibiya line)  (Y160), then transfer to Keiyo line and alight at Maihama station ( Y 210) . Total Y 370 for single trip. Gimme 10 more can get a bowl of Yoshinoya beef, haha....

We purchased 2 days pass which only Y10,700. But still, although we purchased online and go there early in the morning, the queue was damn longgg....most of visitors are Japanese and quite fews of Mandarin speaking friends from Taiwan or China. Let's the pictures begin!

Me at Entrance Gate

Queue up so long, don't waste it...one more pose, please!!

First we headed to Fantasyland. The theme park more to the girly and cutie pie like us, hehe :-D

Adventure land theme park is more adventurous, for those wild-jungle and thrilled goers.

Eat while its hot!

And then from train, we move to boat-ride

But this boat!

Wild wild wet

Lunch at Tomorrowland Terrace. Tried Mickey- shaped burger for lunch. Cost Y 980 for a set meal.
I opt my coke drinks just to get the hot oolong tea. The weather was just nice with the sun rise up to the sky, but the wind was so strong dammit I could even barely open my eyes and breath well.

Then next!! Istana bonekanya Disneyland version! haha...for those Jakartanian knows it very well, then!

Me in front of It's a small world

Mel at the entrance of It's a small world

It's 2.15pm

Eat again!? cannot help it but to eat and eat in this type of weather
Who cares about diet during holiday!?

Grand Circuit Raceway

Driver Deb on the road :-D

I think this one is Donald's boat @ ToonTown

Then eat and eat again. Who cares about weight during theme park visit!? *self-denial* LOL

Rice with chicken and again...with hot Oolong tea.

Curry rice with chicken and again....Hot Oolong tea
my craving for hot tea more and more especially during windy chill day like this.

And then...the parade time. First parade was on late afternoon and then second parade was on night time, with the soft closing hanabi (fireworks) right in front of the castle just before the park closed.
But too bad on that night the hanabi was cancelled due to the bad weather. When they were saying bad weather meaning strong wind yo not like my wild imagination such as thunderstorm, flood, or typhoon.  Make sense la strong wind how to do fireworks? the wind will blow the fire away maaahhh.....so disappointed!

First parade: presented by NTT DoCoMo

(warning of heavy pics ahead)

And then night parade: presented by UNISYS

last picture, a compulsory picture before went back home.

ooh I bought this Minnie's scarf at Y 2000

Okay that's all. Day 3 Disneysea is on the wayyyy......sayonara!
