Day 3 Halong- Hanoi trip

Day 3 at Halong- Hanoi

Wake up early in the morning, just to found out that the sky damn cloudy thus we're not able to see sunrise. End up we did tai chi, a Vietnamese tai chi, instructed by the ship captain. Sorry but the movement was damn funny I can't help it but keep giggling all the time.

Halong at morning+ cloudy day

This is me trying to be a bit *Zen*
:-D

After lovely breakfast on the ship, we went to fish farming where lots of fishes, prawns, lobsters, oysters, and other seafood sold...We took lots of pictures (ahem) instead of buying seafood. What a cheapskate travellers are we :-D Ohhhh on the way there we took lots picture in the ship deck as well.

Guys do gangnam style
:-D

Okay enough of our faces already...here's breathtaking scenery of Halong!

Let's play Spot The...use your imagination!

Spot the gigantic snail

Spot the wolf
Clue: from behind POV
Spot the tortoise

Frank said, these stones are two dogs kissing each other. It's true.
Use your imagination, please

Spot the....* I don't know what shape are these stones!?*

Spot the....!???

Spot the...*okay, I give up!*

Spot the....just enjoy the scenery.

Can't you imagine living in the house floating on the bay
Yes, I can imagine...
Go to school...swimming. Go to neighbour...swimming. Go to market....swimming.
Oh they must be a good swimmer. LOL.

Okay, they using boat to travel.

Here's fish farming
But we didn't even bother to buy anything. *cheapo*

Captain Debora onboard, hehehe

After camwhoring here and there, we came back to the ship and made Vietnamese spring rolls... Lazy to find/upload the pics.

Then we had lunch and check out, continue to our journey to the pier and board minivan to Hanoi city again.

Okay, for those who will travel to Halong I recommend to drop down your expectation/ standard to the extreme and fill in the feedback form as pretty as possible. Thumbs up, if you can bullshit and write their customer service was excellent, very attentive, very kind wtf. Well, the cruise company stupidly judge their staff's performance using this feedback form, written by us (travellers). And I suspect it'll somehow affect their increment as well. *faint. They should use KPI or appraisal...what!? Got study business management anot!?  *arm fist*   Yep, they can get the *pretty nice nice* feedback form as they wanted but nothing could stop me to telling the truth in my own personal blog! Take it or leave it!

That's it for today, I will continue again tomorrow. Now just left Day 3 evening time (most of us did shopping like mad) and Day 4 was actually fear factor eating Trung Vit Lon and back to Singapore. More details in the next post! Sayonara!

Jurong Bird Park visit 2012

Can you imagine this is the first time I visited Jurong Bird Park!?

I would have never thought of visiting bird park, if it's not for Giselle's sake. Ok la seeing bird bird, different kinds of birds are quite exciting actually, minus the hot weather, minus the need to push Giselle's rented stroller, and minus her complaint....*arm fist*

haha I like this grumpy pics of her :-D
I think she complained coz she wanted to take pics with the flamingos closely.

Yeay, I am brave girl!
Make peace with flamingos

Actually we went to see almost all the places in the map. Swan Lake, African Waterfall Aviary, Pelican Cove, and so on. But the way we see, is like this, ahhh birds, okay what kind of birds are these, ooohhh white bald eagles or Australia pelican (after reading the signage....of course....), then okay the bird is so huge...the pelican looks like in Nemo movie.... *silent moment*...... then that's it, off we go. :-D
No sense of appreciation at all. Then then we went to Bird Discovery Centre just to enjoy the aircon. *sweat*....

Ohh then we went to Lory Loft, where we can feed the birds. Spent $3 but it's a worth experience. Let the photo explained.

How beautiful the birds are...

One of the birds just landed on Giselle's hand and ate happilly

Good caption. Minus the messy hair.
Mommy, can I bring home the birds??
*kidding*

Brewekz Ladies Nite out

Last Friday, there's no cell group so we went for gender gathering. It means girl's nite out, yeah! We went to Brewerkz at Riverside Point. It was fun night with sharing, exchange knowledge or thoughts, laughing, and confessing ( ehemmm...) But GIRLS, whatever we've shared that night, just let it stayed in Brewerkz, okie!?? I'm ashamed to myself. I should've not drink too much. :-(

Home of Asia's best brews

Signature  Beers
Golden Ale and India Pale Ale

Brewerkz

hahahaa I like the quote

Cheers!

Appetizer

Four of us
Look at messy table

Four of us (again)
Why are we so vain!?
:-D

Then KS joined us, that would be five of us pretty girls
muahahhaa.....

Five of us outside Brewerkz

Ohhhh when we pose for above pics, it took us about 4 or 5 shots to get it right, like using flash mode or strike different pose or something...actually it's just my camera phone which not suitable for night cam-whoring. Now I got reason to buy new camera. LOL.
We were so vain and noisy (ahem) and lively till to the extend that we attract one of angmoh passerbyes who bring gigantic camera and snap a picture of us very quickly. I was about to chase him to give him my contacts/ email so that at least he can send that photo to us...what!? But he's very fast disappeared. Now our pretty face is in his camera. :-D He might be by now, admiring our pretty face. LOL.
Okay after the girl's night out, we met the guys just outside the central. Then went back home safely. The end.

The month of December....Festive month.

Yeay, it's finally December...

A lot of events and activities, DnD, christmas gathering, year-end holiday, new year, and etc....

Despite our busy schedule, don't forget that Christmas is all about Jesus.

All about Jesus.

Our Father, our King who came to this earth humbly to become our saviour.

Praise the Lord!
