It's been in my bucket list to go to Boracay and finally it's a dream come true.
Why Boracay? Let's the pictures explain it later:
Oh ya but before that, how to go Boracay from Singapore. It's pretty troublesomely long and tiring journey actually.
From Singapore, we need to air transport (by flight, thanks to Tiger Air) to Kalibo International Airport for 4 hours.
And then, land transport (by coach) to Caticlan Jetty port for 2 hours, or should I say, 2,5 hours plus the waiting time.
And at last, sea transport ( by Ferry) to Boracay island which take around 15 mins.
So total we spent the whole day to reach this island.
Sounds scary?
But it's ok, although it's been like hell we went air, land, and sea transport, until my bums wanna explode, but it's worth it. Seriously.
Ok, Let's the pictures explain:
Flight which took about 4 hours |
Reach Kalibo airport! |
In the waiting room for a ferry boat ride |
Why the sea-port is like abandon one in Resident Evil!? |
this is Ferry or rather uhm...boat... |
Our room, quite spacious and pretty decent No mosquito flying around. |
I found this! Holy Bible in our room! :-) |
And then after check-in hotel, we went for a dinner at Christina's, it's a casual Italian restaurant.
Swimming pool outside the hotel |
And then we went to D'mall to sightseeing and buy some necessities and go back to our hotel for a good rest night.
Pretty much tiring and we just want to have a good night rest for tomorrow whole day activity
That's for day 1.
